Manager, People & Culture

Responsibilities

• Own and drive day-to-day People & Culture operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Lead and continuously improve core HR processes, policies, and programs to support a high-performing workplace
• Partner closely with managers to provide guidance on performance, feedback, team dynamics, and employee issues
• Oversee recruitment efforts across departments to attract and onboard strong talent
• Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with Quebec and Canadian employment standards
• Manage and support the HRBP and Technical Trainer to ensure consistency and strong execution across the function
• Administer employee programs related to benefits, compensation support, and leave management
• Use HR systems and data to track trends and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership capacity
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong knowledge of Quebec and Canadian labour laws
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small team effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CRHA designation
• Experience working in the tech industry or other dynamic environments
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms
