Responsibilities
- Oversee the employee journey and drive People & Culture initiatives to foster a vibrant workplace culture.
- Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure operational excellence and legal compliance.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Partner with department leaders to oversee performance management and employee development processes.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations, career development, and workplace issues.
- Monitor labor market trends and employment legislation to support business and people strategies.
- Foster employee engagement through recognition and well-being initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience within the hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and labor legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and build effective relationships across the organization.
