Manager, People Consulting/Workforce Advisory - ERP Change Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for SAP-enabled ERP implementations.
• Drive business readiness and adoption through impact assessments, communications, training, and readiness evaluations.
• Assess organizational and workforce impacts to design transition, skill, and capability strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic guidance on adoption risks.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of change plans, engagement roadmaps, and training approaches.
• Lead, coach, and develop project teams while collaborating with cross-functional technology and business workstreams.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and solution design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in ERP change management, specifically with SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and how process changes impact workforce roles and behaviors.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology or typical ERP implementation phases.
• Proven project management experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

• PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification.
• PMP certification.
• Bilingualism in English and French.
