Manager, Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and establish new partnerships with Legal Service Providers (LSPs) and referral partners.
• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships to generate consistent referral activity and mutual value.
• Drive expansion revenue by identifying and supporting upsell opportunities within existing LSP partners.
• Create and manage a structured onboarding and enablement program to equip partners to represent Reveal effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align partner-driven opportunities and co-marketing initiatives.
• Track partner performance and maintain visibility into partner-generated pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, or business development.
• Experience working within a technology or professional services organization.
• Proven success in creating and nurturing long-term business relationships that produce measurable results.
• Ability to travel more than 20%.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive "hunter" mentality.
