About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the national buying process, including branded content, audience tracking, and strategic negotiations
- Execute data-driven and addressable TV and video campaigns
- Partner with media planning groups to develop customized strategies
- Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members
- Determine best KPIs for client objectives and evaluate campaign metrics
- Form and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and clients
- Research and report on media buying trends and innovations
- Ensure proper delegation and workflow for the team
Requirements
- Solid experience in developing, negotiating, and executing National TV, Video, and Digital Streaming campaigns
- Exposure to advanced TV and alternative currencies
- Multi-screen negotiation experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook
- Strong math, computer, and writing skills
- Experience with media buying and research software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Previous management or supervisory experience
