Manager, Partnership Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the content rights landscape for record labels, music publishers, and Performing Rights Organizations
• Oversee content ingestion practices (DDEX), digital supply chain operations, publishing clearance, and metadata management
• Ensure compliance with reporting obligations and complex licensing agreements
• Manage third-party service providers and contribute to content management system architecture
• Drive automation and operational efficiency by partnering with technical teams to streamline manual processes
• Resolve complex partner issues, including revenue discrepancies and reporting concerns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in global operations for a music-focused technology platform, digital music service, or rights owner
• Established positive relationships with major and independent music content owners
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Moderate proficiency in SQL
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and work effectively across cross-functional teams
