Manager Partner Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner throughout the partner integration lifecycle, including technical discovery, SOW processes for System Integrators, and technical project management.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between partnerships and internal product/engineering teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on merchant platforms and assist with technical RFPs and troubleshooting.
• Offer strategic input to product teams regarding technology trends, integration gaps, and platform roadmaps.
• Act as a technical evangelist for platform partners both internally and externally.
• Build integrations into tech stacks using APIs and perform debugging, code reviews, and UAT testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Implementation Engineering.
• Proven experience working with eCommerce platforms, subscription management platforms, and ERPs.
• High proficiency with API-based integration methods.
• Development experience in web technologies such as JavaScript, PHP, or C#.
• Practical DevOps experience from a technical and customer solutions perspective.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details for various stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluency in English.
