About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, staff, and mentor the Engineering Technician team supporting the Parenteral area.
  • Oversee process development, commissioning, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with site leadership to implement business plan priorities and quality objectives.
  • Provide technical support for Formulation, Filling, Inspection, and Equipment Prep workstreams.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained in a qualified state for reliable medicine supply.
  • Drive a strong safety and quality culture within the organization.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Parenteral Engineering and Automation systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous people leadership experience.
  • Experience with highly automated equipment and process validation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements (FDA, EMEA, DEKRA, OSHA).
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic batch release.
  • Proficiency with Quality Management Systems such as Veeva or Kneat.
