Manager, PAR Commercial Operations & Governance

Responsibilities

• Own commercial relationships with China-based customers and dealer partners as the senior point of contact
• Build trust-based relationships and lead regular business reviews to identify growth and risks
• Manage end-to-end China PAR account operations including negotiations, contracts, and payments
• Design and implement local compliance processes and governance frameworks to meet regulatory standards
• Oversee the onboarding and qualification process for new China-based partners
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in customer operations, account management, or compliance
• Experience in China-facing or cross-border business roles
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven track record in senior-level relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Chinese business culture and regulatory environments
• Experience in automotive, EV, robotics, or consumer technology industries
• Background in top-tier professional services or Fortune 500 companies
• Experience navigating US-China cross-border business environments
