Manager, Paid Social

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
• Oversee and mentor Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, managing their career development
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns and coordinate assets with creative agencies
• Integrate paid social strategy into holistic multi-channel recommendations
• Analyze data to provide quantitative insights, optimization recommendations, and storytelling
• Research and implement new platform betas and first-to-market opportunities
• Manage budgets and ensure performance meets client KPIs and benchmarks

Requirements

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, or performance media
• Strong working knowledge of Paid Social platforms and tools like Facebook Ad Manager and X Ads
• Experience managing enterprise-level paid social accounts with diverse budgets
• Ability to translate high-level client goals into actionable paid media strategies
• Proficiency in paid social measurement and native measurement tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Previous agency experience
• Strong detail orientation and multitasking abilities
