Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
• Oversee and mentor Paid Social Associates and Sr. Associates, owning their career development
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns, including budget management and asset coordination
• Integrate paid social strategy into holistic, multi-channel recommendations
• Analyze data to provide quantitative insights, storytelling, and optimization recommendations
• Research and implement new first-to-market ideas and platform betas
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure tactical feasibility and alignment with briefs

Requirements

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, or performance media
• Strong working understanding of Paid Social platforms and tools like Facebook Ad Manager and X Ads
• Experience managing enterprise-level paid social accounts with diverse budgets
• Ability to translate high-level client goals into effective paid media strategies
• Proficiency in paid social measurement and native measurement tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Previous agency experience
• Strong detail orientation and ability to multitask based on client objectives
