About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies including SEM, paid social, programmatic, and YouTube.
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and pacing to meet CAC, ROAS, and pipeline targets.
- Build and manage end-to-end campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy, creative testing, and bid strategy.
- Continuously optimize performance using A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, and CPL.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying actionable trends and insights.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution via UTMs, pixels, and Salesforce/Marketo synchronization.
- Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to align messaging and scale best practices globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media programs in B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proven success optimizing campaigns for pipeline growth, ROI, and LTV:CAC efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or GA4.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within global or multi-regional organizations.
- Familiarity with MMPs, MMMs, and incrementality frameworks.
- Experience with creative automation or collaboration tools like Smartly, Figma, or Asana.
- Comfort with SQL or data querying for advanced performance analysis.
