Responsibilities

• Own and lead deal origination efforts for a defined set of verticals
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with software entrepreneurs
• Support initial evaluation of potential acquisition targets through financial and operational data analysis
• Maintain and grow the deal pipeline by actively sourcing new business opportunities
• Collaborate with M&A and leadership teams during due diligence and deal execution

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in business development, M&A origination, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong focus on the software or technology sector
• Proven track record of independently identifying and sourcing investment opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess software business value
• Passion for entrepreneurship and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Silicon Valley product and engineering teams
• Ability to underwrite technology-driven value creation streams
