Manager, Organizational Change Management, Business Consulting

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and drive the execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify gaps and minimize transition risks
• Lead workshops to train and communicate change activities to stakeholders and senior executives
• Facilitate organization design and role-mapping activities to support process changes
• Create and maintain program-related training materials, schedules, and metrics
• Partner with Sales, Digital, Delivery, and Product Development teams to achieve client business objectives
• Identify new business development opportunities and contribute to practice growth

Requirements

• More than four years of experience in an established consulting firm environment
• More than four years of experience providing change management for technology-driven transformation programs
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training skills
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and execute complex communication strategies
• Deep understanding of change impact and readiness assessment methodologies
