Manager or Senior Manager (Valuation and Advisory)

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of major real estate valuation and advisory projects for prestigious clients.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource trackers.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and potential risks to ensure delivery within scope.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Coordinate workstreams across financial, technical, and legal advisory consortiums.
• Lead the drafting of key deliverables, including business cases, financial/VFM models, and project documentation.
• Manage the tender process, including the development and issuance of tender documents and bid evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering large and complex projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CA (Chartered Accountant) designation.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
