Manager or Senior Manager, Rotational Program, CFO Organization

Responsibilities

• Participate in a unique rotational program within the CFO Organization, rotating across various departments to build a well-rounded skillset.
• Support CFO Organization resourcing needs and potentially extend support to other Enterprise Solutions departments.
• Complete rotations averaging six to nine months each.
• Initiate and lead process improvements and document standard operating procedures.
• Resolve complex problems through strong analytical skills.
• Manage tasks effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience within public accounting or the investment management industry.
• Strong understanding of Fund Accounting and Operations business processes.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP accounting, operations, reconciliations, account analysis, and management reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in project management, financial management, and change management.
