Manager Ops Data Analytics - LATAM

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of centralized reports and dashboards for the Order To Cash (OTC) department to drive business performance.
• Design, develop, and implement automated reporting solutions to eliminate manual activities within the OTC group.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards, including Accounts Receivable, Performance, and KPI dashboards, to visualize key metrics.
• Integrate data from various sources and collaborate with IT to optimize databases for financial reporting and automation.
• Ensure standardization and best practices in metrics, reporting, and data security.
• Provide actionable insights through charts, graphs, and infographics to enable effective management decision-making.
• Document, model, and communicate technical solutions to business management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (Finance or Accounting experience is preferred).
• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Mandatory experience working within a shared services environment supporting a global region.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and advanced data modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and SSRS).
• Knowledge of Python and experience with libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-7 years of specific experience in Order To Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience in global process transitions.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA, and macros.
