Manager Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure all product runs are scheduled and executed according to customer turn-time and quality requirements
• Oversee product scheduling and processing to maximize equipment utilization
• Maintain proper segregation of processed and non-processed products
• Coordinate preventative maintenance downtime with the Maintenance Department
• Review and approve final processing data, system configuration logs, and movement logs for accuracy
• Verify instrumentation calibration and prepare monthly system performance reports
• Provide direction, support, and performance feedback to Process and Shift Supervisors
• Manage documentation including physical counts, palletizing patterns, and damage reports
• Oversee training for all operations employees and approve weekly payroll hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in a production environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to work established shifts and availability 24/7 via pager for emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience
