Manager, Operations - Project Management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global teams and local markets
• Ensure compliance of processes and proper use of systems globally
• Manage budget and finance via Media Tools, including spend/impression reporting and audit deliverables
• Oversee reporting and QA hygiene processes between analytics, planning, and investment teams
• Document processes, create templates, and identify operational improvements
• Coordinate education sessions and enterprise-level thought leadership
• Manage annual schedule of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with agency partners and external stakeholders to improve workflows
• Manage key global process documents such as recruitment trackers and weekly status reports

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of planning and investment processes (trafficking, billing, competitive)
• Strong Excel experience for data compilation, analysis, and automation
• Process-oriented and operationally minded mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Problem-solving skills and a drive for efficiency
• Strong, clear, and concise communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities
• Working knowledge of Mediatools
