Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Specialists in Toronto, managing performance, throughput, and SLAs.
• Design and iterate on operational workflows, incorporating AI tooling to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex cases requiring advanced judgment.
• Partner with R&D and AI teams to identify automation opportunities and test new tools.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with acquisition, renovation, resale, and finance teams.
• Build and scale team culture, hiring talent capable of working in an AI-native, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing operations teams in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools and technology; ability to coach others on AI integration.
• Experience building or scaling operations teams and establishing organizational norms.
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to identify automation opportunities within workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge Toronto and US-based teams.
• High accountability, a bias toward action, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
