Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dynamic warehouse operations team to ensure daily capacity goals and order volumes are met
• Identify and develop operational improvements related to workflow, resources, and facility layout
• Develop, implement, and enforce processes to mitigate operational misses and ensure facility compliance
• Set daily staffing needs and manage the interview, hiring, and development of staff
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including Business Development and Product, to resolve inventory issues
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends that improve handling flow and customer experience
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive work environment in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations in a management or supervisory role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of associates
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with recording, tracking, and reporting expense control
• High level of organization with demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate
