Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee a dynamic warehouse operations team to ensure daily capacity goals are met
• Monitor order volume and determine daily staffing needs
• Identify and develop operational improvements related to workflow, resources, and layout
• Develop, implement, and enforce processes to mitigate operational misses
• Work with multiple departments to communicate and resolve order and inventory issues
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and ensure facility compliance
• Interview, hire, and develop staff members
• Collect and analyze data to improve handling flow and customer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations in a management or supervisory role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of associates
• Strong financial acumen, including recording, tracking, and reporting expense control
• High level of organization with demonstrated attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds
• Availability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet business demands
