About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across vaulting, inventory control, and fulfillment functions
- Oversee inbound and outbound workflows for physical collectibles
- Maintain alignment with third-party authentication, grading, and logistics providers
- Monitor KPIs including turnaround time, accuracy rate, and service quality
- Lead and develop a team of operations specialists and coordinators
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Partner with Product Management and Customer Experience teams to resolve escalations and improve features
- Oversee audits and physical inventory reconciliations within the vault environment
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, warehouse management, or logistics
- 1–3 years of people management experience
- Experience with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools
- Experience with process design and optimization tools like Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field preferred
