About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across vaulting, inventory control, and fulfillment functions
  • Oversee inbound and outbound workflows for physical collectibles
  • Maintain alignment with third-party authentication, grading, and logistics providers
  • Monitor KPIs including turnaround time, accuracy rate, and service quality
  • Lead and develop a team of operations specialists and coordinators
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Partner with Product Management and Customer Experience teams to resolve escalations and improve features
  • Oversee audits and physical inventory reconciliations within the vault environment

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in operations, warehouse management, or logistics
  • 1–3 years of people management experience
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools
  • Experience with process design and optimization tools like Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field preferred
