Manager - Operations Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house and subcontracted Operations Engineering functions including Test, Product, and Reliability Engineering
• Manage technical manufacturing of chips and boards from design and prototype through HVM production and sustaining
• Collaborate with Engineering on DFT/DFM, package design, ATE test development, and yield enhancement
• Partner with supply chain partners including fabs, assembly, and test providers
• Support corporate quality objectives, including ISO certification and customer RMA/FA

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor industry experience in individual and management roles
• Hands-on ATE test development experience and ATE methodology/programming on Advantest 93K platform
• Knowledge of DFT, high speed test, and device physics
• Ability to travel 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SLT (SiP, boards)
• Knowledge of yield and reliability for submicron CMOS and FinFET technologies
