Manager, Operations, Beta Bags

Responsibilities

• Manage the dedicated Beta Bag organization at the Merrimack facility
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure successful output and efficiency
• Serve as the Merrimack representative for the Beta Bag Product Area management team
• Collaborate with support functions including inventory control, planning, warehouse, quality control, and finance
• Lead, coach, and develop an efficient manufacturing team through daily communication and shift huddles
• Drive resource planning for materials, personnel, and equipment to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in investigations and CAPA processes as required
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement regarding profitability and output

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, engineering, or product development
• Experience within the Medical Tech industry or other highly regulated sectors
• Proficiency with Lean manufacturing or other manufacturing excellence tools
