Responsibilities
- Assess current workflows and identify inefficiencies or redundancies
- Create process maps, SOPs, and scalable operating frameworks
- Identify high-impact AI and automation use cases across functions
- Design and prototype solutions using LLMs, AI copilots, APIs, and low-code platforms
- Build and operationalize service management processes aligned to ITIL standards
- Establish SLA frameworks, escalation matrices, and service KPIs
- Design executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure transformation impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or Process Transformation
- Proven experience delivering time-bound transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and ITIL frameworks
- Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, and data workflows
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
