Manager – Online Travel Agency (OTA) Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional OTAs to maximize visibility and competitiveness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for OTA partners to ensure timely issue resolution and alignment on business plans.
• Develop and execute implementation plans based on OTA commercial strategies aligned with distribution objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics including sales, revenue, market share, and Cost of Sales (CoS) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and marketing partnerships to deliver high ROI.
• Utilize market intelligence and analytics to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize pricing, inventory, and promotional activities across OTA channels.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure integrated commercial goals.
• Support the integration of OTA initiatives with Etihad’s NDC and digital distribution roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in airline distribution, OTA management, or relevant travel industry commercial roles.
• Technical proficiency with OTA technology platforms and digital distribution systems.
• Strong knowledge of API connectivity and NDC standards.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
