Sofive is a modern multi-sport facility operator bringing soccer, basketball, and other sports to communities year-round through state-of-the-art all-season sports centers. We are a fast growing company with 22 locations nationwide and more on the way.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager
• Overview, plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs
• Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner
• Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures
• Monitors inventory levels and restocks supplies when necessary
• Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff
• Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations
• Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions
• Knowledge of basic computer software
• Strong organizational skills
