About the Company

Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager
• Plan, monitor, and schedule soccer programs to ensure efficient operational procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary
• Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations
• Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions
• Knowledge of basic computer software
• Strong organizational skills
