Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pickleball operations and staff in the absence of management
• Plan and support pickleball programming including open play, leagues, clinics, and tournaments
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally
• Assist with court check-ins, reservations, and scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels for equipment and cleaning supplies
• Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of courts and common areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of basic computer software and reservation systems preferred
