About the role
Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Motivate team members to meet Burke Williams standards for performance and dress code
- Monitor team performance through training, feedback, and coaching
- Resolve team and guest conflicts through active listening
- Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and scheduling
- Ensure facility safety and efficiency
