Manager, Omni-Channel Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution of same-day order fulfillment for ecommerce and wholesale customers
• Manage real-time order flow from system intake to pick/pack to shipment confirmation
• Oversee inventory accuracy, control, and warehouse configuration
• Manage logistics and freight including small parcel, LTL, and container
• Lead receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Recruit, lead, train, and mentor the fulfillment center team
• Manage warehouse maintenance, health & safety, and operational expenses
• Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment systems and workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years in fulfillment, 3PL, or distribution environments
• Experience in e-commerce and drop-ship operations
• Proven track record in same-day, single-order fulfillment
• Expertise in WMS and order flow systems (ERP, EDI, shipping platforms)
• Experience managing parcel and LTL carriers
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
• Lean or continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling fragile products
• Strong problem-solving skills in live operational environments
