About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client farming activities including cold calling and relationship building
- Collaborate with Market Analysts on project briefs, case studies, and due diligence reports
- Prepare and conduct professional pitches and presentations
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients
- Manage documentation for transaction management, building options, and RFPs
- Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of brokers
- Provide post-sales support in coordination with the Client Engagement Coordinator
- Support and attend various client engagement activities
Requirements
- College degree in Business or a related field
- Experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Broker
