About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor workforce development funding allocations and track training-related expenditures
- Coordinate with fiscal management, procurement staff, and external vendors for payment processing and documentation
- Manage vendor communications, logistics, scheduling, and negotiations related to training services
- Serve as a liaison between CPHDS, external vendors, and agency partners for workshops and trainings
- Oversee operational and administrative activities supporting data technology modernization and organizational improvement
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, participation trackers, and reporting tools
- Direct post-training evaluation activities and compile feedback data for continuous improvement
- Oversee compliance-related administrative operations and organizational reporting requirements
- Facilitate recurring engagement meetings focused on operational updates and workforce development
- Draft and disseminate communications regarding administrative policies and procedures
- Maintain SharePoint content, training materials, and internal resource repositories
- Supervise administrative support staff responsible for training coordination and operational tracking
- Lead special projects involving process improvement and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- Five years of full-time professional experience in a health services setting or public health program
- At least 18 months of experience in a managerial capacity involving independent decision-making
- Experience in program management, resource allocation, and work scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing workforce development, training, or employee engagement
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and procurement in complex organizations
