Manager of Training and Communications

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, develop, and implement learning and communication solutions
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define requirements for learning programs
• Manage instructional designers and prioritize work efforts for training projects
• Deliver functional training and leadership development via webinar, eLearning, and instructor-led formats
• Utilize Learning Management System data to prepare reports and evaluate training effectiveness
• Write, edit, and act as the gatekeeper for enterprise-wide internal communications and operational bulletins

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, L&D, communications, or organizational development preferred
• 7-10 years of related work experience preferred
• Experience leading teams with at least 3 direct reports
• Proven experience overseeing program design and implementation
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and learning technologies like Articulate, Lectora, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience working with financial services, tax, or insurance products
• Experience delivering communications across a diverse, nationwide workforce
