Manager of Supply Chain Consulting – MFG

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Consultants supporting Manufacturing and CPG customers in North America
• Establish individual development goals and provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback through 1:1s
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new consultants to ensure team scalability
• Guide consultants in delivering high-quality implementations and continuous services aligned with RELEX best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert in MFG supply chain processes, including forecasting, production planning, and IBP
• Champion AI-driven transformation by driving the adoption of product capabilities and embedding AI into Professional Services processes
• Partner with Product and Best Practice teams to incorporate new innovations into delivery approaches
• Support resource planning, workload estimation, and project assignment across the consulting team

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering supply chain implementations, specifically within Manufacturing (MFG) or CPG environments
• Strong management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development
• Deep understanding of MFG supply chain processes such as master planning, DRP, and production scheduling
• Expertise in consulting disciplines, including task management, facilitation, and training
• Demonstrated track record of integrating AI into professional workflows and championing its adoption
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
