Manager of Strategic Operations

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Executive Leadership Team to execute key business priorities and corporate strategies
• Facilitate effective decision-making through analysis and execution of strategic projects
• Assess inquiries directed to the C-Suite and delegate appropriate actions
• Develop detailed financial models for existing partners and new business opportunities
• Manage cross-functional growth and optimization projects
• Identify and execute site-level growth initiatives in collaboration with Regional Operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
• Experience presenting results in Management or Board of Director settings
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data visualization
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Must reside in the Boston, MA metro area
