Manager of SMB Sales

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for the SMB Housing segment from pipeline generation to close
• Develop and execute a repeatable sales playbook tailored to SMB needs
• Partner with marketing to generate demand and refine messaging
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
• Identify trends and influence product development based on customer feedback
• Hire and mentor additional team members as the segment grows

Requirements

• 3 years of management experience leading an Account Executive team
• 2 years of experience selling SaaS products as an Account Executive
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
