About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for the SMB Housing segment from pipeline generation to close
- Develop and execute a repeatable sales playbook tailored to SMB needs
- Partner with marketing to generate demand and refine messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and RevOps
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Identify trends and influence product development based on customer feedback
- Hire and mentor additional team members as the segment grows
Requirements
- 3 years of management experience leading an Account Executive team
- 2 years of experience selling SaaS products as an Account Executive
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
