Manager of Senior Case Management Department

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-volume Senior Case Management team to drive monthly settlement targets
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins to ensure accountability
• Monitor department pipeline, projections, and closing performance against established KPIs
• Oversee case management workflows, including insurance negotiations and file documentation in Litify
• Handle escalated client situations and implement solutions to improve the client experience
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to scale the team
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and continuous training for new and existing talent

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a performance-driven environment
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law and settlement negotiations
• Proficiency in Litify and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, coaching, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, on-site environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
