Manager of Production

Responsibilities

• Plan production capacities on a long and mid-term basis
• Develop investment plans and resource planning in accordance with business and sales plans
• Build and lead a strong team capable of running state-of-the-art production
• Develop a technological vision for the plant and maintain an overview of technological trends
• Implement technological developments and trends into the plants
• Devise and implement people development and training plans for all employees

Requirements

• Academic degree in Engineering or a similar subject
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading plant teams and technology development for production facilities
• Visionary view on long-term production technology development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels, from the Board to the shop floor
• Fluency in English
