Manager of Processing

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of processors helping homeowners access equity through HEI products
• Manage talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Oversee performance management, coaching, and formal improvement plans
• Cultivate positive team culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure efficient ramping
• Lead departmental projects, including scoping, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage pipeline workload and ensure high performance across the team
• Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures
• Analyze departmental data to produce insights for leadership
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and quality control

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in loan processing
• 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing team
• Proven history of managing projects from ideation to execution
• Ability to write effective policies and procedures
• Strong performance management and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Resilient and positive mentality in fast-paced environments
