Manager of Print Services, Logistics, Distribution

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of physical print materials, including production, inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution.
• Manage daily operations of the internal print production facility and determine cost-effective production methods for digital, offset, and large-format projects.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot high-volume printing and finishing equipment such as binders, laminators, and cutters.
• Ensure strict quality control for all printed materials, including color accuracy, alignment, and finishing.
• Plan and execute the distribution of printed materials to internal departments, regional offices, and external stakeholders.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transit delays or delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods using inventory management systems.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and shipping vendors to minimize operational costs.
• Manage the departmental budget and analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in print production management and high-volume distribution operations.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Inventory Management Systems.
• Strong background in supply chain logistics and inventory control.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation and budget management.
• Strong team leadership and operational management skills.
