About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned Specialty Liaison team and manage activities to provide high-quality patient experiences
  • Coach and develop liaison team members through consistent performance feedback and training
  • Facilitate communication between liaisons, pharmacy, and clinic teams
  • Meet operational targets regarding clinic service, growth, and patient satisfaction
  • Establish credible relationships with health system stakeholders including clinic leadership and pharmacy teams
  • Ensure team accountability for prior authorizations, financial assistance, and medication refills
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment with direct patient/clinician contact
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage performance against quantitative metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Certification as a CPhT or prior experience as a licensed pharmacy technician
  • Experience in retail, hospital, or provider settings communicating with physicians and nurses
