Manager of Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center for Women's Health and Wellness to ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
• Manage staff, including coaching, developing, and overseeing scheduling and resource management.
• Support provider relations and collaborate with organizational leadership to align with strategic goals.
• Drive strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and business development.
• Foster a patient-centered environment by focusing on patient experience and caregiver engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business or Healthcare.
• 1-3 years of related experience in a leadership role such as Practice Manager, Office Manager, or Clinic Manager.
• Proven experience in medical practice operations and leading employees.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site medical practice leadership.
• Background in physician practice operations and employee development.
