Manager of OIT Operations Projects + Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, prioritization, and execution of IT projects within the OIT Operations umbrella
• Manage a small team of IT project management professionals
• Develop roadmaps for the infrastructure project portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct regular reviews, priority-setting, and planning sessions with departmental partners
• Monitor request handling and escalation policies to ensure effective response
• Maintain collaborative relationships with central IT groups and Governance PMO
• Track and analyze status trends to generate reports for internal and external audiences

Requirements

• At least three years of supervisory, management, and/or project management experience
• Proven track record managing complex projects
• Broad knowledge of enterprise IT including networking, security, and data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to solve business problems and develop technology strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant coursework or professional certifications
