Manager of Media Production

Responsibilities

• Lead VeSync's in-house media production function, overseeing high-quality photo, video, and multimedia content creation.
• Manage the media production team, production operations, studio resources, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee production budgets, schedules, and content delivery for product launches, brand campaigns, and e-commerce.
• Partner with Creative Design, Marketing, Product, and regional stakeholders to develop compelling visual storytelling.
• Build scalable production capabilities while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional photo and video production experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading creative or production teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent productions from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, lighting, audio, and post-production processes.
• Experience managing production budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency in Monday.com and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting consumer brands, retail, e-commerce, or CPG organizations.
• Experience managing in-house creative studios.
• Familiarity with DAM platforms and enterprise content management systems.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies within content production workflows.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D visualization, or virtual production.
