Manager of Income Tax Compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. and international income tax filings for a global corporation
• Prepare and review US federal, state, and local income tax filings, including forms 5471
• Manage data collection and analysis for domestic and foreign business units
• Prepare timely income tax estimated and extension filings and payments
• Monitor changing tax legislation and advise leadership on risks and opportunities
• Assist in the integration of acquired companies into tax compliance processes
• Support government audits and manage state notices and inquiries
• Manage Country by Country reporting, notifications, and Pillar 2 minimum tax
• Review non-income tax returns such as Oregon CAT, Ohio CAT, and insurance excise returns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience
• Solid understanding of US income tax compliance for global corporations
• Experience with tax compliance software such as OneSource
• Proficiency with financial systems like OneStream
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Taxation
• CPA certification
