Manager of Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple teams within the Global Supply Chain organization to deliver high-quality parts on time and within cost.
• Support and execute a high-level vision for the supply chain organization aligned with company growth strategies.
• Drive supply chain contributions to major proposal and pursuit activities.
• Strengthen supply chain resiliency by identifying and mitigating risks across global and domestic supply bases.
• Manage supplier operations, indirect procurement, and strategic sourcing functions.
• Provide mentorship and regular feedback to team members through 1:1 meetings and formal performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain/operations management, or business.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management, including pricing analysis, lead time, and contract negotiations.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale cross-functional project management).
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Experience communicating results and high-level executive communications to senior leadership.
