About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage federal, state, and authorizer compliance reporting
- Oversee non-competitive grant administration including Title I, II, III, IV, and IDEA
- Manage human resources functions including employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Lead the recruitment process from application to hire
- Develop and maintain sustainable systems, workflows, and training materials for compliance and HR
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals and track performance metrics
- Monitor and audit school-level data to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, compliance, or grants management
- Experience managing federal/state compliance reporting and grant administration
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations
- Proven ability to build and manage systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in K-12, charter, or nonprofit environments
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications
