About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage federal, state, and authorizer compliance reporting
  • Oversee non-competitive grant administration including Title I, II, III, IV, and IDEA
  • Manage human resources functions including employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Lead the recruitment process from application to hire
  • Develop and maintain sustainable systems, workflows, and training materials for compliance and HR
  • Align HR strategies with organizational goals and track performance metrics
  • Monitor and audit school-level data to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, compliance, or grants management
  • Experience managing federal/state compliance reporting and grant administration
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations
  • Proven ability to build and manage systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Experience in K-12, charter, or nonprofit environments
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications
