Manager of Commercial Partnerships, Robotics

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end success of the Workplace & Industrial data collection program across Mexico.
• Define and achieve North Star metrics including data volume, quality, and hardware uptime.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Field Operations Specialists, setting performance KPIs and schedules.
• Act as the senior point of contact for industrial partners, managing sourcing, onboarding, and hardware deployment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Mexico field operations and HQ Engineering/Product teams.
• Coordinate regional travel to partner sites for audits, onboarding, and complex deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or program management in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles with exceptional interpersonal and management skills.
• Experience leading and managing logistics or operations teams.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network of senior-level contacts within the Mexican industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex projects involving SLAs and operational risk management.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, budgeting, and billing.
